He is the patron saint of Ireland. He is said to be the one who brought Christianity to Ireland. St. Patrick is known more for driving the snakes away from Ireland.
Why green?
The color blue, not green, has long been associated with St. Patrick. Green is the color associated with the people of Ireland.
What does the shamrock represent?
The shamrock was the tool that St. Patrick used to explain the holy trinity. The shamrock is a green plant with 3 leaves.
What is the story of the leprechaun?
A leprechaun is a male or female faerie in Irish mythology. Leprechauns are smart and crafty. The name means shoe-maker. Legend has it that the leprechauns hide their gold and you can have it if you can catch one.

My favorite Spiderman movie.
Out of all the Spiderman movies, I think that Spiderman 3 was the best. It had non-stop action and find out what happened to Uncle Ben's killer.
Spiderman 1 deals with Peter parker as a high-school geek who gets bitten by a radioactive spider. The spider gives Peter extraordinary powers. Peter uses his powers to protect the city against the Green Goblin.
Spiderman 2 -Dr. Otto Octavius becomes Dr. Octopus and Spiderman temporarily loses his powers.
Spiderman 3 - Spiderman gets a new black costume. Venom, the Sandman, and the Hobgoblin are the villains in this movie.
All movies are available on dvd.
